1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Item condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

3. How to return
Email djgifi@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return and provide instructions. Ship the item back by mail using the prepaid return label included in your package.

4. Return shipping cost
Return shipping is free of charge. A prepaid return label is included with your order.

5. Restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. The refund covers the full item price and any shipping cost you paid.

7. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

8. Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
